For any reason, if you are not satisfied of our products, you have the possibility to send them back and obtain a refund, just ask us before 14 days. We refund the order if you send back all the boxes in the same conditions you have received your delivery. We repay 100% of the order(except shipping costs) and we accept that only one box has been used. For example, on an order of 24.90 EU, we will refund you 20.95 EU, the tiny difference represents our shipping costs.
